Palmer Park

 Palmer Park is a natural area north of Downtown Colorado Springs. It is pretty incredible to have some dramatic sheer sandstone bluffs over 80' overlooking most of Colorado Springs. These cliffs can be seen from around Colorado Springs but nothing replaces being on top of a sheer cliff in the middle of a metropolitan area. Palmer Park is 730 acres with over 25 miles of trails which makes it an awesome place to hike, bike, wildlife watching, and even horseback ride.

We love going to Red Rocks Canyon for early sunrise hikes or late evening sunset hikes. This place is really cool because it once was a rock quarry and now it is an incredibly beautiful park!
