The Homes in Cheyenne Canyon are smaller homes but have access to a lot of space. With the largest of about 3,000 square feet, you will still have plenty of space in your home. Most homes in the area feature big front lawns with green grass, a front porch, and large trees that accent the area. As you move east, you get closer to Fort Carson Army Base, and the lots get smaller. The further west the property is, the more space and closer to the canyon it is. The homes in the canyon are more desirable for the space and access to the canyon, but the homes near Fort Carson are great as well. They are closer to Interstate 25, shopping and dining, and other amenities.
