This certification is only given to those earning 100-percent client service satisfaction and is measured by the reputable Leading Research Corporation (LRC).  Each customer satisfaction survey result is validated by actual customers and is executed immediately after the conclusion of a real estate transaction. After the transaction clients of Qualified Service Certification (QSC) agents receive a survey asking them to rate the agent on various aspect of the service process, and the results are then compiled by LRC.
