RE/MAX LLC. has reported 559 RE/MAX offices that have reported more than 500 real estate transactions within the year. Of those 559 offices, RE/MAX properties earned the 18th spot with a total of 3,567 transactions. This comes from the 2019 REAL Trends 500 data which only calculates real estate data from participating U.S. brokerages with over 500 total real estate transactions for the year.

With an increase in median sales price of 10.7% Colorado Springs real estate market is sitting pretty with average days on the market decreasing, sold price increasing and the highest average price. 

Colorado Springs real estate values reached record highs last month. The housing market is hot in Colorado Springs. The median price of single-family homes sold in March rose to $300,000 nearly 12 percent higher than March of 2017.
