Colorado Springs Ranked 5th Best Place to Find a Job | Colorado Springs Homes
A recent report from WalletHub.com ranked Colorado Springs as the 5th best place in the U.S. to find a job. These rankings are based on the job market (Colorado Springs is ranked 6th overall) as well as the Socio-economics (Colorado Springs is ranked 42). To determine these rankings WalletHub has an extensive scoring system. They compared 182 cities which include the 150 most populated cities in the U.S. Under the two focus dimensions "Job Market" and "Socio-economics" WalletHub put a weighted favor on "Socio-economics" as this will influence a job seeker's decision the most since they will be relocating their entire life. WalletHub used a number of different relevant metrics, including job opportunities, employment growth, unemployment, job security, access to incentive programs and opportunities, and many more.
