One of the most desirable areas of the Broadmoor area includes the Broadmoor Resort Community if you require gorgeous views of mountains for a million+ dollar home the Broadmoor Resort Community is the place for you. This gated community sits under the dramatic facade of Cheyenne Mountain and comes complete with its own incredible private hiking trails as well as community security, a highly regarded HOA as well as easy access to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (1 min drive from north entrance) as well as Cheyenne Mountain State Park to the South (10 Min drive from south entrance).

Broadmoor Bluffs

Another very desirable area in Colorado Springs is Broadmoor Bluffs. This area is within close proximity to a nearly infinite amount of things to do. Seriously, if you go to North Cheyenne Canyon Park or Stratton Open Space, you have an access point to Pike National Forest which is 230,000 acres if you were ambitious you could hike, bike or run nearly all around Pikes Peak and up the peak itself.
