Chrissy started working with Joe Clement in 1991 assisting Joe with all aspects of his real estate business. She continues to do so by offering home buyers and sellers consistent, reliable and responsive service. One of her main duties is closing coordinator. At the moment you are under contract, Chrissy steps into the process as our contract to closing coordinator. Her job is to coordinate dates, deadlines, contingencies, and all of the parties to the contract to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. We have 150+ tasks to complete for every closing and its Chrissy’s job to make sure they are handled smoothly, without stress on our clients. Continued education is also important to Chrissy which means greater value for The Clement Team’s clients.
